Most know that
paleo is also known as the caveman diet due to what the foods consist of. If we are to analyze the types of food
cavemen ate they would be extremely simple to find and simple to prepare. They didn’t have access to or used any preservatives
in their foods. Everything was as
natural as possible.
They survived by
eating a mixture of proteins, carbs and yes even fat was consumed. It is never recommended to eat just one of
these food groups but rather to develop a balance of all of them. One item that paleo doesn’t include is dairy

Salads are also very popular you just have to
make sure you find fruits and vegetables that are fresh and free from chemicals
