When trying to lose weight the last thing you want to do is try looking
at celebrities and trying to look like them. With things like photoshop,
professional photographers that know angles, special lighting etc. etc. it would
seem silly for someone to attempt to model their weight loss progress or goal
on a celebrity. But sadly many still do.
The best thing to do is set realistic goals for yourself. Being physically active and having some help
like the fat loss factor system can really bring you results. Don’t look at athletes like Christiano
Ronaldo or Venus Williams, or even famous people like Brad Pitt and Angelina
Jolie, most of the pictures found of these people online have been photoshopped
to the extreme.
By setting realistic goals for yourself with a reasonable time frame,
regular physical activity and with the assistance of a system like the fat loss
factor you will see results in no time and when you do start seeing results
that will only motivate you further into reaching your next goal in your weight
loss journey.
Results are always the best motivator, once you lose the first 5lbs –
10lbs the rest will be a lot easier if you just keep focused and stay away from
trying to model yourself after celebrities.
