Real food real ingredients


There are many different opinions on the paleo inspired recipes and diets.  This type of diet has gained so much traction that it even Dr. Oz recently spoke about it on his show.

Some reasons to consider paleo are:


·         Real food. When you start on paleo you will quicly realize that you know exactly what you’re eating, there are no strange ingredients required.

·         Protein shakes gone. Very few people are fans of protein shakes, to be honest I haven’t found one that had a pleasant taste, with paleo you get enough protein.

·         The selection. You will discover that paleo encompasses a wide, and I mean wide, variety of foods and if your favorite isn’t included there are tons of great tasting replacements.

·         Recognizable Ingredients. You won’t be asked to purchase or include any weird sounding ingredients; it doesn’t get more basic than these recipes.

·         No more junk food.  You will quickly realize that junk food is not a part of paleo, well junk food really isn’t a part of any diet but with paleo you will hardly miss it as there are tons of great tasting alternatives.
